Take a moment to look around you…how many things do you see that were made by weaving? Weaving is an integral part of many designs, whether manufactured or in nature, whether for function or art. In this playshop we will explore how weaving is used in different cultures and engage in several weaving activities using different materials and techniques. From simple to complex, weaving is a concept that crosses art, design, mathematics and engineering.
